How to reach us

By car: From Messina, from Catania or from Palermo – take the A18 motorway towards Taormina. From the motorway exit, proceed in the Mazzarò-Taormina Mare direction and after about 1km, you will find the Il Gabbiano restaurant on your left. From the centre of Taormina, the restaurant can be reached using the cable car service. The restaurant is about 100 metres from the terminal.

By train: Clients, who arrive by train from any destination, must get off the train at the Taormina-Giardini Naxos railway station. To reach the restaurant, you can choose to take a taxi or a bus. The distance from the railway station is about 2km.

By airplane: from the “Fontanarossa” airport in Catania, it is possible to reach the restaurant in the following way: by bus directly from the airport to Taormina mare in about 50 minutes; by taxi it is possible to arrive directly at the restaurant in about 30 minutes. The cost is about 70/80 Euros. For maximum comfort, you can hire a car and then take the A18 motorway in the direction of Messina and then exit the motorway at Taormina and follow the road towards the bay.
